During some build server down time this morning, our build queues grew to a point such that working through a backlog wasn't reasonable, so we cleared our queues. Failing your builds was a better experience than a big build queue and wait. Any pending builds were set to a failure state -- so if you see red across the board, please rebuild.
Believe us when we say that we hate these service degradations as much as you do. We're expanding our build capacities, and our traffic is continuously growing. We're working hard to eliminate these downtimes. Sorry for the inconvenience, and thanks for your patience.

I don't know if this is related, but I can't seem to upload new versions? Everytime I upload a zip and build it is giving me the old version - I have tried for the past 8 hours?

Strange. Have you tried creating a new app?

No, I will try that next (I will need to make a new account to add another free app (I am evaluating PGB). I suppose deleting the app and recreating it is fairly painless... AppID - 403029 thanks

Seeing the same delay here. Deadline looming and no sign of an app to submit. Update please.

Same slow building here. Pending for 10+ minutes. Rebuild for several times and it's the same.

Yes due to a traffic spike this morning, iOS builds are backlogged.
We have definitely had increased traffic recently, resulting in increased build load, and have been scaling up our services in response. Unfortunately all but iOS were easily scaled up -- we have some hurdles to tackle in scaling iOS. Appreciate your patience and sorry for the inconvenience.

iOS is the only backlog, so if all your platforms are pending, there may be a different problem. Can I get your app ID?

So far we have not seen the uploaded data retrieved from GitHub so no ID yet, still can't get past step1. Status is 'fetching repo' that's all we are getting

Phil -- make sure that you are not trying to create a public app from a private Github repository. In order to access a private Github repository, you must have your Github account linked to your Build account, and you must select the 'Private' tab when creating a new app.

@wildabeast Nope we have public github trying to create public build. Just sits there on the 'fetching repo' screen and nothing happens.
We have actually paid to create private apps to Adobe but we can't log in with our Adobe account. Adobe say there is a sync problem and it may take 4 weeks to get sorted, they gave us a 1 month discount for not being able to use PhoneGap build on our private account.
We are really stuck now as burning days where the app should be with Apple app store before our client app, which is for a time sensitive event, is useless and we loose a project and potentially a good client of ours.
This is affecting our business.
Are there any other ways around these issues? Why won't our Adobe log in work in PhoneGap to allow private App builds?

Don't stop it. Since yesterday mine have been taking about an hour. Unacceptable really, but don't stop it or you'll just kill more time.
