Android 5.1.1 App Not Installed error if app signed for release

When I sign my app for release and build the app with cli-6.1.0, the APK will not install on a fresh Nexus 5 or on a Samsung S6.

When I build the app with cli-6.1.0 and leave it unsigned, it installs just fine.

When I build the app with cli-6.0.0 and sign it for release, it installs just fine.

Could there be a PGB bug? Like this one from a year ago:

Or is there something else I need to do in the signing process?

And yes, I have uninstalled the previous app... I even reset the phone and wiped all the data.

I tried this on Android 6.0.1, yet building for Android 5.1.1, and it worked there, if that's any consolation.

The link to the forum doesn't work (too many redirections).

I solved my issue. There is a plugin that allows you to build both x86 and Arm using a preference variable. (See link above)

Do you notice any real gains from using Crosswalk?
