When I try to update my code, the android build fails. I also tried an old code, which was built successfully, a few days ago. The Log says:

I'm getting the same error, and like yours, mine too built properly a few days ago. I think they have to restart their web server with the proper environment variables.

Someone must be playing here, causing this error. Perhaps they are trying to upgrade PGB to version 4.1 (they mentioned something like that but gave no exact announcement, ETA and/or backup plan).

It could be do to the fact Adobe is on "Winter Shutdown" for the holidays.

Ahhh... Winter shutdown. So I guess we have to shut down our operations for the week too! I guess I can't really complain as a free user, but for those of you paying for this service I'd be really pissed!

Yup. I think this is at least as bad as Apple closing down iTunes Connect for a week. At least Apple announced it properly.
In this case, Adobe didn't announce anything here or in the Blog. And what's even worse: someone broke the Android build, then went off for the Holidays, leaving desperate developers behind.
