Another "That email address is already associated" login problem.

Looks like my last post didn't take either... *sigh*

Can't log in to phonegap build. When I try with my Adobe ID it says that my email address is already associated with a phonegap build account. I am not trying to create a new one, I am trying to use my adobe ID to log in. So this message makes utterly no sense whatsoever.

I have tried account recovery tools on the phonegap build site, and I do not get sent any email at all. I try them on the adobe site, and I get sent the email. I reset my password, and can log in to other adobe services fine. Come back to phonegap build and get exactly the same problem. Something is clearly broken.

It seems others have had this problem too on the forum, and the matters are marked closed, but there isn't any resolution there I can try.

What the heck is going on?

@Kim,
the issue is internal. It is recurring, as you have notes. Items are reset on the server side. If you still can't login in 24hours or no one from support has responded, then I'll try to get some help.

Nope, still have the problem weeks later. I go to log in, and it says "That email address is already linked to a PhoneGap Build account."

Tried to reset password again, and it never sends me the email.

I run my own mailserver, so I even checked logs. No email ever arrived destined for that address. it's logik@darkdance.org

Oh, and no response from support either.

I don't think they want me to use this service. LOL

@Kim,
if you run your own email server, I must assume your relay server is working. If you are not seeing any log entries of "bounced" email, other similar entries, then I must assume the email is not being sent.

Yesterday was Phonegap Day EU. Most of the PGB team was there, a handful are in the office but as you might expect they are swamped. The timestamp on this thread says your original post was March 22. I assumed since you did not respond, then you go things working again. Should I assume they are broken again? or they were never working?

Either way did you want to wait until Monday or start the process now?
