I understand this is not a phonegap issue, rather an adobe issue, but I have exhausted all my contact options. I do pay for a phonegap account with adobe, and I am hoping someone from adobe can read this and help me regarding my Adobe Connect subscription. I am persistently being overcharged and despite repeated calls and emails no one is able to fix this, another over charge was taken today. Whenever I call the Adobe Connect team I just get told not to be worried I will be called back, but this never happens, and I just continue to be overcharged. They keep saying its escalated as priority level 1 which seems to be not that high given its been a month for someone to look at my account, see my invoices, and think huh yes something is wrong here. I have no further communication avenue, and I really need some help dealing with this. Can anyone help?
