Hi, I'm trying to build an app from a private GitHub repository. The repository is owned by an organisation and I have access to it, my GitHub account is linked to my PhoneGap Build account but when I paste the https:// GitHub link in (including the .git extension) I get the error "could not access remote git repository"

are you a paid user and have linked your github account to your phonegap build account?

Ah, I've just seen on the website that the free plan says "must be pulled from a public Github repo". I'll upgrade - thanks!

OK, I'm now signed in with an account which has an active Creative Cloud subscription and am getting the same issue.

I note here that I'm signed in as a user that has access to the GitHub organisation repository, rather than it being a private repository on my account. I don't know if this would be the issue, but it seems it would be a fairly common use case?

Sorry, that's the organisation username. wcjames is the account linked to the PhoneGap build account which has access to the repository under Wilson-Cooke. I can send you the repository URL if needed.
Thanks.
Thanks.
