I never had this problem before but I updated my iPhone to iOS 9.3 the other day and after successfully building my app, when I click the "Install" or "IPA" button or use my QR Reader to attempt to install the .ipa I receive the "Safari cannot open the page because the address is invalid." error message.
I can install it fine on my old iPhone 4 running iOS 7.1 so I'm thinking it has to be something with the new version of iOS.
Also, my iPad was also updated to iOS 9.3, and clicking the install button either triggers the same Safari error or even more odd it asks if I want to "Open this page in the "App Store"?"
Any ideas on how to get around this?

1) try downloading with a webbrowser. (click the button below the QRcode)
2) try downloading with another device.
3) iOS 9.3 is not yet supported by Cordova iOS.

Thanks Jesse, I was able to download the .ipa file no problem, but the problem was I didn't know how to then get it on my phone/device.
But after googling around I figured out a convoluted way of doing it using iTunes.
1) Download the .ipa file
2) Open iTunes and connect your device
3) Click on "Apps" in iTunes, then drag & drop the .ipa file into iTunes
4) Go into the syncing options and choose to install the app
5) Run the sync process.
It's a bit of a headache, especially when wanting to test with multiple devices, but at least it works. Can't wait till we can go back to simply clicking a link.

Okay. It apears you have an iOS9 issue. This is likely related to the app that is scanning your QR code. As such, this is unrelated to Phonegap Build. Please let us know if you ever resolve this issue - so you don't have to download and sideload the App.

Thanks Jesse, but I'm not sure why you're saying it's my iOS 9 issue and it's unrelated to Phonegap Build though. If no one else with iOS 9.3 is having this problem, I'd agree with you. But if iOS 9.3 causes the install buttons on Phonegap Build's site to no longer function, that's surely something that should be addressed by the Phonegap Build team.

Cordova/Phonegap do not YET support iOS 9.3.
May people are having problems. No just you.
I am seeing 2 to 3 people a day with various problems.
Also your perceptions is wrong. When the QR code is scanned on to the phone, then it must be downloaded, decoded, and installed.
If you can download the app and install it, then it means
1) the app will always work. So no problem with the app. (INSTALL OK)
2) If you can install on another phone, then the QR code is correct. You cannot change the QR code from one phone to the next. It is always the QR code. (DECODE WORKS,)
3) and there is no problem downloading. Your browser shows that. (DOWNLOAD OKAY)
?DOUBT?
This leaves the decode of the QR code with iOS 9.3 _or_ something else we are not aware of.
DECODE on iOS 9.3 IS THE PROBLEM
This means the decoding is likely the problem - with iOS 9.3
Now - it is still possible that the problem is with Phonegap, but everything points towards iOS 9.3. MY (money) BET is the problem is with iOS 9.3

I'm unable to install the app after upgrading to 9.3.2 on my iPad via QR Code or iTunes.
Regards.

@Irfan,
you are not the original poster, so there is no way I can verify
what you have and have not done. You should start a new
thread explain everything you have and have not done.
Please do this in the new forum at:
https://forums.adobe.com/community/phonegap/build
Also, i doubt very much this is your issue. The person
who posted the original message - in the end state the
issue came to light after scanning the QR code.
I seriously doubt you read the part about QR code. As such, when
you post to the new forum someone else will answer your questions.
