Can't upgrade my free plan to a paid one

Hi. I wasn't be able to upgrade my free plan to a paid one. The upgrade plan page keeps telling me that my country (Argentina) is not allowed to perform payments and redirects me to my Adobe profile to buy an expensive plan that includes other things I don't need so I can access the benefits of the paid plan with PGB (sorry but I'm not interested in buying the greengrocery to just get 3 bananas).

This is an old "issue" (or fight) with Adobe, being more specific, and my first post regarding this was about 4 years ago (no, don't search for those tickets in this account, I did it from my personal account). The only thing that changed is that now I can't even try to fill the cc form, and there's a nice message telling me the above.

I can't believe such a big company, like Adobe, can't accept payments from other countries but USA. I mean, I'm currently performing monthly payments to "companies" in USA working on the bottom of a garage but Adobe is not good enough to include a basic payment system to accept money outside the USA (at least for PGB subscriptions)... or maybe Argentina, my country, is not good enough, since Brazil is in the whitelist.

Don't worry, I solved it with a script and your API so I can delete, create, build and download my app packages every time I need to upload a new version to Google Play or App Store, following the official workaround to handle this situation (you should include it in the Docs).

Thanks.

Well done, Luciano. Good job!
And yes, it's a shame.
