Absolute Novice Here:
How do I integrate a new SDK into Phone Gap(Specifically Windows 8 SDK) for use in creating a new project in Dreamweaver CS6?

I'm using a dated plugin that currently gives errors (no index.html? wrong.) and tries to build all platforms that are potentially no longer supported (and or commented out of my config).
I think your question is likely unclear or vague for most. I think the answer maybe you don't need to do anything.
The plugin pushes your html5 folder from DW to Build.PG and that wraps it in a/any/all native App with a browser.
I'm sure you knew that. I must be missing something in the question here?
Further you're building with HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript and if Win8 isn't compliant with the specs your probably missing something.
I'm starting to think manually working Cordova and the command line tools per platform is probably a better way eventually, but for now the build.PG stills seems like a better option.

Here, maybe think Cordova for a while...
http://cordova.apache.org/
http://cordova.apache.org/docs/en/3.1.0/
http://cordova.apache.org/docs/en/3.1...
http://github.com/apache/cordova-wp8
the real problem is emulators, pushing to your device, etc.
This is were using build.PG saves you the trouble. With Hydration and QR codes etc.
I'm not sure where to scavenge and hack the Hydration stuff but digging in a apk or what have you should reveal something modifiable (unless it knows it's place of origin anywhere?). Then you could just push the packaged output to your server as one quick way to push them to the different devices quickly and easily.
