Hi
I have an app, id 494671 running just fine on Android 2.3.3 and in ripple, both for testing.
(there do not appear to be any errors in Ripple when changing devices although it is using cordova 2.0.0).
I have an android tablet which is running 4.1.1 but it will not work with google maps or analytics at all, in fact the app hangs when I click the button to display the map and I don't get any data from the app, (works fine on android 2.3.3).
I have allowed permissions to the 2 google domains (http and https) in my config.xml and checked as many other forum posts as I can find, I just cant figure out whats not working.
Maybe it is a google thing or I need to change to cordova 3 from 2.9?
I am using the latest android sdk package in dwcs6 and phonegap build.
I look forward to some help if it is available.
Cheers

Hi Thanks for your response, good to know that your configuration works with 3.0.
Maybe 2.9 doesn't play well with 4.1 for some reason?

My app was originally developed for 2.9 and it used to work as well on the same device (which was 4.2/4.3 at the time). I doubt there is a major difference in this area between 4.1/4.2/4.3

So maybe its not a cordova issue then?

Not sure, do you test it in a browser? That's how I developed and tested my google maps before I tested on a device, at which point you just need to make sure the display size is proper and that you can access the necessary URLs.

As for analytics, I see some people on the forum complaining about that plugin being broken, so it could be that.

Hi
Like I mentioned, I test in Ripple and all works just fine with no errors thrown for all devices listed.
As it is not a web app this is about all I can do apart from actual devices.

It just seems strange that both google products ae failing for 4.1.1.
