This is not a difficult task. First, you can use iPhone's official tools, iCloud and iTunes to transfer music to the computer, and then transfer music from computer to Samsung. Or, you can use 3rd party computer application,it's a simpler way. It will connect iPhone and Samsung, and then help you  transfer music directly.
