Hi,

a client wants to sign the app by himself. He can not sign it with the temporary key included. Is there a way to remove the key to get an unsigned app?

Thank you!

Hi Mario,

Have you try this. Go to Your Account > Edit Account > Signing Keys and delete from there. Or use the following link:
https://build.phonegap.com/people/edit

Thanks

Hi Hyginus

thank you for your help. Maybe I misunderstand something here.

If I want an unsigned Android app, I choose no key selected from the drop-down and click Rebuild. Now I get an app named [myappname]_debug.apk. But this app is not unsigned. It is signed with a temporary key. As I think we can not build an unsigned app, I am searching a way to remove the (temporary) key from the apk.

Or am i wrong? :-)

Thank you
Mario

Hi Mario,

There could a way around it, but, I confirm to you that this cannot be done within the phoneGap build service, you can look for any 3 party tool that could help.

Thanks
