How long does it take to approve plugin updates?

If a plugin is already submitted to phonegap build, but now an update is submitted, how long does it usually take for that update to be approved?

Specifically I am asking because I urgently need to use a new version of de.appplant.cordova.plugin.local-notification and I expect that in the near future a few updates will be made as well, will we have to wait > 5 days for each update to roll out on phonegap build?

Is there anything we can do to speed up the approval process?

Thanks

Hi Abe,

The time taken by the plugin validation team is typically 3 days to a week.
Take note that usage closed libraries might deter the usability of the plugin.

From experience: once you've updated your repo (and upped the
versionnumber in your plugin.xml), submit it as it were a new plugin on
the 'submit plugin' tab here https://build.phonegap.com/plugins.

It should then be pending in the review queue (you can check the status in the 'your plugins' section of that same page).

If needed, please comment / vote so we can prioritize base on community feedback

Thanks for the patience everyone.

Keep watching the Plugin Page to confirm approval if you are not the original author.

Thanks again.

Hi Abe, Colin,

Plugin has been approved and can be found at this link.

Sorry though approved, when you select it, the link keeps defaulting to the older version.

Thanks for your patience.

Hi ismael

I was a little confused
The author of the plug-in function should be the "de.appplant.cordova.plugin.local-notification"
https://build.phonegap.com/plugins/331

but you give us the latest plugin become the "com.simplec.plugins.localnotification"
https://build.phonegap.com/plugins/347

I want to ask, which one is the latest plug-in by the original author's latest approved plugin?

if is the "com.simplec.plugins.localnotification",so in my config.xml
I should cancel the "de.appplant.cordova.plugin.local-notification" and instead use the "com.simplec.plugins.localnotification"?

As ColinBau said, the correct plugin we are talking about is https://build.phonegap.com/plugins/331 and we are waiting for version 0.6.3.
