How to cancel a paid subscription

Hi,

We've recently subscribed for the phone gap build paid plan for 2 email accounts, but we no longer need one of them, can you kindly advise on how to get the full refund? We found the below statement from the payment page:

==========
Cancellation
We'd hate to see you go, but if you cancel within the first 30 days, we'll give you a full refund. Otherwise, you'll be billed 50% of your remaining contract obligation. If you ever need to cancel, just call Customer Support.

Thanks a lot.

No, did not. Otherwise, you would have found the general phone number.

Hi there,

We've already cancelled one of the paid subscriptions under Adobe Account setting when I posted this question, but we are still being charged for the full 1 month.

Can you help to take a look at how to get the full refund? The account is ecdgraphics@gmail.com , thank you.

did you call customer support.  we have no access to any customer support or billing information, that is done through the adobe store.

the contact details should be in that email you were quoting in your original post.  otherwise the general number is: 800-585-0774
