IOS build success but file download type is zip not ipa

still a zip.
BTW, was build using a developer certificate... (could this be it?)

the root directory of the zipped file is named Payload. the Payload dir contains the following files:


the _CodeSignature dir contains CodeResources 6KB
the www dir contains my actual original application...

any more data I can provide?

I renamed the zip to IPA and was able to install the app with success... (dev certificate via itunes)

Interesting - maybe there's something up with downloading ipa files in Windows. What web browser were you using?

stupid Explorer 9 (on win 7) is the only one with the problem
safari 5, chrome 11 and FF 4 all download the file with an IPA extension...
