You could ask the author of the plugin to make it available at npm, then include it in your config from there.
Alternatively, you could download the plugin from the SAP site and install it while building locally with CLI instead of using PGB.

Hi Petra V,
Thank you for the quick reply. Basically we have Kapsule and other 3rd party plugins to be used for our application. We have downloaded the plugins in the local system and are able to compile however we wish to use PGB for generating our app installation file (supporting multiple platforms). Could you please suggest how do I configure the config.xml so that it refers to npn registry for cordova relevant plugins and the www folder for the relevant 3rd party plugins which is not available in npm. Appreciate

The reference of plugins for PGB is explained, as expected, in the PGB Docs, section Plugins. See the Docs link in the main menu bar of this forum.
If 3rd party plugins are not available at npm or Github, you should ask the author to make them available. As you said, the mentioned plugins are not available yet, so I'm not sure why you ask for explanation how to do it anyway.
