A lot of developers are waiting for some advanced functionality in PhoneGap Build, usually provided by plugins for regular PhoneGap.

* Push-Notifications
* QR/Barcode-Reader
* Sending SMS
* etc.

If the overall handling of plugins is so complicated, why don't you just include the most wanted plugins instead of trying to build a plugin framework?

Just do a voting and see what the developers want and need to create some cool & fancy advanced apps and integrate those.

Thanks

Thanks for putting this up there - we're definitely looking at the various options for integrating PhoneGap Plugins with PhoneGap Build.

Please keep in mind that we're a very small team and moving as quickly as we can - we will have some cool stuff to bring out over the next few weeks.

If you have access to a mac at all, you could just compile it once with the plugins. Then you can just update the html file in the ipa.

That's what I do!

Then just make a couple of scripts to archive and upload to testflight and you are good togo.

@Jason Stallings: do you perhaps have a tutorial somewhere on how you achieved your suggestion?
Also: did your app get approved in the appstore using your workaround?

Thanks!
