Today, I was trying to install phonegap using node.js command line, and I get some errors.
I downloaded Node.js today from its main web site and followed the instructions as you said, (npm install -g phonegap) and ( npm install phonegap) even though I don't know if there is any difference. I tryied on windows 7 and 8.1 and neither 7 nor 8 worked. here is the log the node js command line left

debug log
I hope you can help me, thank you.
My english isn't my greatest attribute so please accept my apologise for any misspelling.

You are asking in the Phonegap Build community, the forum for developers who don't (need to) install node, java, sdk's Phonegap and plugins.
Are you sure you want to install and maintain all that software?

I think I should because it seems it's the only way for testing app changes immediately and wirelessly. am I wrong? btw how can I move the post where it belongs? I would appreciate it. thank you very much.

Well, PGB allows you to upload your assets and install the generated apps by scanning a QR code onto your test devices. Is that what you need?
Of course, you can test the HTML/JS in a regular web browser first...you don't need a built and installed app for that part of your test process.

Although this is a PGB forum, chances are that someone with Phonegap/Cordova experience will chime in and offer help.
