PhoneGap Build Status Website

Hi,

I am using PhoneGap Build for some time now and have seen several service down times.

I would like to see some kind of a *PhoneGap Build Status* Website that shows us users if there is a problem and if you are working on it. (Ideally with estimated timings.)

This would also save you from answering and resorting a lot of topics in here.

Please, think about that! :-)

Thank you!

I also think its important to take in consideration another 'pending' builds policy.
I think when the build server its down too much time the queue turns enormously long and it takes too much to process...

A sollution would be as Red laser says, having a PGB status and not let send new builds when the service is down... thats my humble oppinion.

Thanks for all your efforts

I'm thinking of something like that:
http://www.dreamhoststatus.com/

(It's mandatory for services that tend to break.)

I just found this post of an employee:
http://community.phonegap.com/nitobi/...

Andrew Lunny wrote (2012):
A planned feature is a status display/dashboard for the site, so you can easily see if:

• The service is working as expected
• Something is broken and the service for that platform is down
• The service is back up but catching up (this usually takes five minutes at the most)

This should help everybody know when/if their builds are going through.

Yeah, we want this to happen! :-)

Considering how often things break, this is desperately needed.

What info is this status based on? I get very different results than your page shows.

Its based on the time taken in rebuilding my app in all different compilers. Its purely an indicator based on my results. But even because of this, a few people who have commented agree with the sort of results shown.

Just saw the official status "everything is up and running" ... but it's not.
Again, Android is broken and the build fails.

What is going on? Tell us! We need to know!

It never was the fault of the source. Rebuilding later worked, always.

And again ... build service is broken.

I am starting to feel stupid, hoping to get things done here.
