The "no index.html present" Error is back again (ben waiting a week now?!)

I've had this problem persist for over a week now?
Ever since the problems last week starting with the missing plugin error.
It is the same index.html missing error we've seen before but was always a false negative.
Nothing has changed there was always an index.html
it's possible you look for a phonegap.js reference but because originally the darn things timeout index.html just redirect to where all the js files load.
Maybe there's a new config preference for load url timeout or something to stop that from glitching, but the truth is nothing changes here and all I've gotten all week are errors that say "no index.html present".

Sure ya okay. I've just updated my Adobe login (forced change), and tested it again.
I've also retested tring manually to uploading zips with a folder wrapper and without.
Still in Dreamweaver CS6 the plugin gives the no index, html error as well,
AppID:203712
Please explain what I've done wrong or need to do on this end to make it work. (Even though I've done nothing different at least as far as the index.html goes for well over a year now.)

Thanks Hyginus!

Oh I just noted if I manually run the builds online after trying with 5 platform errors through dreamweaver, it shows it built them (except iPhone and BB of course), but I can't be certain which version is running without console logging and weinre the version, which I will likely add now to try and see but it needs unjamming from dreamweaver still, (which I realize is slightly harder to test and fix maybe).
Mind you with that said I still see a big red banner on the online build.PG site showing the index missing error too (but that is likely not cleared after an upload attempt (so even online there's a false error about index missing happening).

now it says in dreamweaver that it failed to upload application.
I was also trying to add the app specific tag to the config.
[No ios or bb (no cert yet, and file system too big, respectively)]
Oh now it's back to the index error.
Attempting online build...
it shows restricted builds
it shows version number update
it shows success with no warnings!
But still on dreamweaver after the upload the plugin shows Buid Error for all 5, and they all have no index present errors.

Ya still nothing on the Dreamweaver side?!
I did temporarily disable the other platforms in my config.xml file maybe that's something to look into the error should them return as disabled in config or something like that but the main one I'm building reports no index still.

I've managed to confirm that the plugin will push the zip but fail to build, while online you can build all.

Can you confirm that your config.xml and index.html is in the root folder?
There is a discussion regarding this

Seems to have parsing issues with the config.xml which causes the index.html not to be detected.
Check if there is any unwanted whitespaces.
