Unable to use my support membership

I have a PhoneGap support contract but cannot log in. How can I communicate to phonegap.tenderapp.com that there is a problem?

I know I'm not *technically* in the correct area but after spending a couple of hundred dollars, I'd like to be able to log in and use my membership.

Please provide a contact. Thank you!

Hi Bill,

We had received a message to stop auto renewal of the account so the account was put into a disabled state. Would you like to activate your account again?

I never asked for it to be disabled. I only requested that the account did not auto-renew. Here was the response:

Hi Bill,

I've reactivated your account for you and it will remain active until April 5. I see what happened now, a pro-rated refund was issued but looks like it got declined from your bank but we didn't get notified about this.
