I've just deployed this change - go to the app edit page, and it should be the first option on the top right of your screen (along with a warning that uploading new code will clobber your old code).

Cool stuff.

Two questions:
- will it make its way to API? (please answer yes :))
- how does the HTML file upload work? It seems it is only able to replace existing .html file and not add new file. Also uploading something else (e.g. .js file) does not trigger the build - would be cool to exchange single files, but I know I'm too demanding.

Yes it will make it to the API.

Right now, you can't exchange files - I'm not sure of a good user experience for doing individual replacement within your package. I think your best approach is to work locally in a www directory, and zip that up each time you need to update your build.
