OK. So you are building locally from Dreamweaver. In that case, you might be a bit lost here. This is the Phonegap Build forum, the place for developers who don't go through the hassle of installing all that stuff.
You might be better off asking in a Dreamweaver support forum.

Great.
Many developers have such accounts.
But you seem to have an issue that has nothing to do with Phonegap Build, the cloud service.

I understand, Jorge.
My guess is that something in your Dreamweaver is not correctly configured. But ths Phonegap Build forum is not the place where you'd find a solution, quickly. That's why I suggested to find a Dreamweaver support forum. They might have more experience with this.

@Jorge,
Phonegap Build does not support Dreamweaver. Please ask Adobe for help. Use forums.adobe.com

Actually, in Dreamweaver CS6 did have support for uploading to PhoneGap Build. Unfortunately, some changes to PhoneGap Build's remote API broke it. You can still use Dreamweaver to author your content, but you will need to manually upload the zip file to PhoneGap Build via the web interface

@Chris,
do you think Dreamweaver or Adobe can help us with THEIR product?
I have no plans to install Dreamweaver.
