I’m disappointed.

Pasting images with original resolution on Note 10.1 is not possible!!! Why?

I want to import a (high resolution - 250 dpi) image without any loss of image quality. It is not possible! Is this so much to ask? And please Toshi DON'T MERGE and IGNORE this PROBLEM with another one or I will REPORT YOU to your boss. This is a serious flaw of Note Anytime and it deserves attention and needs to be fixed ASAP!!!

    Jozsef,

Thank you for getting in touch with us again.

Considering the performance and avoiding crash, our app does not import an image file as it is.
Adding a larger image file (or many photos) attached on a page eats much memory in our app.
It means that you have more cases to feel lag or to have crash while using our app.
In particular, there are a variety of device specifications in the Android OS.

However, I don't think the current resolution is finer than our customers expect.
So I have already submitted a request report about this to our dev team.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,
    Toshi

    • On Note 10.1 I take out the pen, then select screen write, then select a part of the screen, then select share via and then select Note Anytime, in this case the resolution is acceptable (but should be much better) .

Thank you. The copying an image in clipboard is a function of your device.
I will deliver this info to our dev team.
