Problem with inking on Windows tablet

Hi -- I love Note Anytime and use it on Android and Windows. The ink tracks just fine on both of my Galaxy Note devices. However, on my much more powerful Cintiq Companion running Windows 8.1, the inking is very poor unless I write very slowly. Details are lost continuously. It seems like the stylus starts to put down ink, but then it erases it just as quickly. I know it is not the hardware, as Microsoft OneNote inks perfectly on the device. I have tried playing with all the System Settings in Note Anywhere and even in the Wacom tablet properties, but I haven't found any that make a difference. Help! -- David
