    Hello,

Thank you for getting in touch with us again.

Our dev and QA team are working on that.
Actually MetaMoJi Note on iOS supports 64bit.
I believe the MetaMoJi Note app will work on iOS11.

    Thank you,
    Toshi

  • Has there been any confirmation on whether Metamoji Note works with iOS 11? It is my main note-taking app and I don't want to update if it is not supported.

  • Dear SG,

I suggest changing your note taking app. I currently use GoodNotes which is the best alternative to Metamoji. Unfortunately, Metamoji's support is awful.

  • Hello. Not looking for a debate, so just going to give my two cents. I’ve tried about 10 different writing/note apps and metamoji worked the best for me. I suggest creating a list of functions that you wish an app would have and then looking for the app that works best for you. I have an iPad Pro with Apple Pencil. Running the latest 11.0 system. I needed an app that not only had handwriting, but which also recognized my handwriting and typed my notes as I wrote. In meetings, I can’t type and listen...don’t know why...so I needed handwriting recognition. This app allows me to hand write my notes and it types them up. I am completely paperless with this app. After a meeting, I can immediately copy and paste my notes into an email. It has a folder organizing system that allows you to tag a note so that it shows up in multiple folders - an employee eval can appear both in the staff evaluation folder and your todo folder for example. Also, it turns word, excel, etc. into PDF files, straight from email. So you can put into a folder a slide deck from PowerPoint, your speaking notes and a bunch of charts. Plus, your notes are all searchable. Finally, it syncs with my phone. I have all my notes always with me.

I suggest trying multiple apps - including One Note - and seeing which one has the best set up for you. One last thing...every time I have had a problem, support has replied with a solution...or an answer. Even when I didn’t like the answer. I wish metamoji supported split screen on Apple devices. They replied that they were looking into it...hasn’t happened yet, but I’m hopeful. Good luck. Nothing like finding the perfect app that does what you want.
    • Thanks for the advice. I agree with you, especially about the prompt customer support. Been using Metamoji for years, and while I also wish it supported split screen, it does two things I have not found in any other note-taking app: 1) the ability to have several documents open and in edit mode at the same time, and 2) the option to register your drawings, pictures etc, to an item menu, and then select and use again in any document. That second one is one of the main reasons I've been loyal to Metamoji note for so long. I draw a lot of iconic pictures/sketches when I take notes, and not having to re-draw them each time I want to represent each concept is invaluable! I have tried other note taking apps, but no one else does this. Good job, Metamoji!
