I’m frustrated

Notes bought earlier this year, says i need more credits to purchase!

I bought a study guide earlier this year, and I want to view it, but when i click view it takes me to a page to buy more credits. And then when i go to the class page, it says there are no study guides for the class yet. helpp!!!!!

    I'm so sorry for the inconvenience this is. When this happens, it's because that document is no longer available in our system. We will absolutely be happy to take care of a refund on that document for you, just complete these steps to get that processed:

    1. Log in to your account
    2. Go to My Documents and scroll to the bottom of the page
    3. Fill out the Refund Request form at the bottom of the screen

    You should receive those credits back in your account by the end of the business day at the latest. Hope this helps!
