I'm thinking of adding a technic 1200 mk2 or a stanton str8-150 to my NS7II or NS7III for scratching. Has anyone tried this and what were the results?

  • Hello,

DVS works fine on the NS7II and NS7III controllers. You will experience a tight response and the least signal interference. I recommend reading Serato's Pro Tip: DVS Calibration and Setup for Serato DJ to help educate yourself on DVS and how to use it in Serato DJ.

Remember.., on your NS7II and NS7III, channels 1 and 2 can be used for either a LINE or PHONO Input. Channels 3 and 4 can only be used for a LINE Input. However, if you want to use channels 3 and 4 with a PHONO turntable, simply pick up a Phono/Line Converter from your local electronics store to convert channels 3 and 4 to PHONO.
