  • Hello,

Your NS7II is already calibrated out of the box. Why do you wish to re-calibrate it?

    • Well before you deleted my whole post did you happen to read why I needed it calibrated? The pitch not reseting at absolute 0 and the MPC RGB colors screwing up. Which correct me if I'm wrong, but a proper re-calibartion should resolve these issues. And how can calibrating this controller possibly permanently damage it?
    • Yes, I did read it. You can perform the calibration to help you out with the pitch slider adjustment. However, the calibration doesn't effect your MPC pads. Make sure your using the IEC cable that came with your NS7II. Make sure it's a three prong IEC cable. I recommend that you always plug your NS7II into a surge protector too to ensure you're getting the correct voltage to your controller.

  • Chris,

Just got off the phone with another one of your tech support guys and we deemed the unit to be defective. I'm using the original IEC power cable. I also tried other IEC power cables thinking the original was defective, but the calibration process comes to a complete halt at Step 16 everytime. And I have a surge protector built into my NS7 II case. (See pic below) I'm glad I purchased the extended 36 month repair plan through Guitar Center.
