  • Hi Jorge,

    Thanks for posting.

Please follow these steps below to setup your NS6 in Virtual DJ:
    Before You Begin
Before setting up the NS6 in Virtual DJ Pro/Numark Cue, ensure that the latest drivers are installed by logging onto: http://www.numark.com/product/ns6

    • Click Here for the Virtual DJ Pro/Numark Cue Map Guide.

    Sound Configuration
    • First, click on CONFIG numark ns6 config .

    • Then, choose Sound Setup  numark ns6 soundsetup   and set the sound configuration as suggested below:

    Windows Setup numark ns6 PCSetup

    • Inputs: NONE
    • Outputs: HEADPHONES (Master: Chan 1&2 / Headphones 3&4)
    • Sound card: ASIO DRIVER > Numark USB Audio Device
    • Check the Ultra-Latency ASIO box
    • Click Apply

    Scratch Response
It is possible to adjust the Jog Sensitivity (Scratch) in Virtual DJ Pro/Numark Cue.

    • First, choose CONFIG numark ns6 config.

    • Then, choose the Options tab numark ns6 Options:

      numark ns6 scratch
    • Ensure your Crossfader is set to Scratch.

    • Move the Jog Sensitivity (Scratch) slider to the left and your scratching will get tighter.  Move the slider to the right and your scratching will get looser.

  • Hi Bill. What versions of VDJ does the NS6 support? I still have VDJv7 on a Win7/x64 laptop which I used some time back with a Hercules RMX controller. Would I have to upgrade to a more current version? Thanks!
