Change in reply by Bill R. to Hello,

Thanks for posting. Release dates for upcoming software and driver updates are not posted here on the forum. Instead, please stay tuned to the macOS Sierra 10.12 and iOS 10 Support For Numark Products article here. Be sure the latest drivers are installed, which can be downloaded from the NS7II Product Page.

When you say the NS7II hasn't been working, what do you mean by that? Can you please provide me with some more information, as well as your full system specs and the version of Serato DJ you're using? Make sure you're using the latest version, which can be downloaded here. If you're experiencing hissing, pops, and clicking, check that your computer is properly optimized by going through this helpful guide. Additionally, I would try removing your NS7II from the MIDI Studio Window, lowering the Maximum Screen Updates Per Second in Serato DJ, and adjust the USB buffer settings. Follow these steps below to learn how to do this:

Removing a Device from MIDI Studio (Mac Only)

Open a new finder window and navigate to Applications > Utilities.

Double click Audio MIDI Setup.

Select Window from the top menu and click on Show MIDI Studio is checked.

With the Numark controller disconnected, click the Numark USB Audio Device.

Click Remove Device from the top of the MIDI Studio window.

Under the drop down menu, select New Configuration.

Type of the name of your New Configuration. Ex: Numark Controller.

Reconnect your Numark Controller.

Lowering the Maximum Screen Updates Per Second & Increasing USB Buffer Size (Both Windows & Mac)

Open Serato DJ.

Click Setup from the top menu.

Click the Library + Display tab

Adjust the Display slider to 20 or 30. If you still experience clicks and pops after setting to 20 UPS try lowering the slider.

Click the Audio tab

Adjust the Audio slider to 10 or 20. If you still experience clicks, pops and dropouts then set your latency settings to 20.

Close the Setup.

If all else fails, please try using another USB port on your computer, or use another USB cable.

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any further questions..
