NS6 microphone not working
Microphone has no sound on either Channel 3 or 4. Operating system IOS 10.12

Thanks for posting.
What operating system are you on and which DJ software are you using?
Make sure your switch in the back of the NS6 is set to MIC. Next, ensure that channel 4 switch is set to MIC. You can control the volume of your mic from channel 4. Review my images below.
Additionally, make sure you've installed the latest driver for your operating system. You can download the driver from the Product Page here. -

Can you also confirm that you've gone through the setup outlined from my last post and that you've installed the driver?

I did all the steps and installed the driver. Still no sound from the mic.

Have you tried using a different XLR cable with your microphone? If you have and are still experiencing issues, you may need to service your NS6. Log on to www.numark.com/support to contact our Support Team for assistance. You can find their contact information on that page.

I took it to a repair shop and told them about the problem. They called back and said that it works fine. So I'll try again when I'll get it back. So if I plug the mic in channel 3, the line fader in channel 4 controls the mic volume?
