NS7II channel fader sound cuts out intermittently

Channel 2 fader cuts out when all the way up. I see this IS a common problem. I barely use my equipment. It stays in my room. I don't scratch, I am not aggressive with it. I even have a flight case for it. I see Numark won't acknowledge their product is poorly designed to back their product and take care of it. So what are my options?

    It sounds like your product may need to be serviced. Warranty and non-warranty claims are not handled here on the forum, but I can point you in the right direction! Here are a couple of options that you could choose from:

    • Submit a Warranty or Service inquiry with our Technical Support team by logging onto the Numark Support Page. Select Warranty or Service Inquiry from the drop down menu.

    • For quicker support, call your nearest Support Office or International Distributor.
