    Change in reply by David Greene to Have you done the Serato optimizations for your computer? Have you adjusted the usb buffer speed, adjustments are made in the set up screen? When it comes to usb port selection, I use the one closest to the charging port. I use to use my usb 3.0 port on the other side of the laptop, and had reoccurring connectivity issues. I now use the usb 2.0, by the charging port as above, and have yet to experience the issue (with one exception: not following start-up procedure.).
