NUMARK NS7ll freezes while playing

My setup-
HP Laptop, i7 Processor, 32gb RAM, 1TB HDD Onboard, 1TB HDD External SSD,

NUMARK NS7ii Controller

STANTON STR8150 TURNTABLE

Latest SERATO DJ Software (Todays Date: 3/27/2018)

TWO ISSUES
1- Smart Sync doesnt seem to work properly. When I had my mixtrack you were able to load a track, hit sync and the beats would match up, if you had to re-do it in the middle of a song it worked perfectly. What is the issue?

2- Really bad issue: I get playing music and after a while the controller controls stop working, I mean any control at all. The music continues to play and the only solution is to power down the controller and power it back on. Once Powered back on the controller plays the music as when it froze and all controls are operational again.
Now if I was actually at a gig with this controller I would have serious issues with who was paying for my services. This issue has been going on for quite some time but I've had enough.

Numark Team please help me on this, this is really Aggravating and can create serious issues at a gig.
