What are the main benefits between the Numark NS7II and the Numark NV?

• The Numark NS7II utilizes 7-inch motorized turntables with ultra-high-resolution MIDI (3600 ticks per rotation). The Numark NV platters are 5-inch hyper-responsive metal platters with search and scratch modes.

• The Numark NS7II features a 4-channel mixer and a 24-bit audio interface built in. The Numark NV features a built-in professional grade audio USB 2.0 audio interface. The NS7II’s audio interface is a higher grade which reflects in its overall price.

• The Numark NS7II has 16 multi-color MPC® pads from Akai Professional. The Numark NV has also 16 velocity-sensitive trigger pads with backlit RGB feedback. They NV’s pads are not MPC® pads like the NS7II but MPC style.

• Both the Numark NS7II and the Numark NV have touch capacitive touch-sensitive filter, EQ, and effects knobs.

• Both the Numark NS7II and the Numark NV unlock Serato DJ for free when connected. However, since the Numark NV is class compliant, there are no additional drivers to install as the NS7II requires additional drivers to install.

• With the NS7II, you can connect and mix CD players, turntables, MP3 players, or any other external source from the NS7II mixer. The mixer can also operate standalone, with or without your computer when using external CD players, turntables, MP3 players, etc. The Numark NV features an aux and balanced mic inputs seamlessly integrate additional audio sources but cannot act as a standalone mixer.
