I have a few users in an office that get a blank screen when runnign the .exe. They are Windows 7 Enterprise 64bit systems. I did notice that the "Run as Administrator" shield is on the icon. So, I tried to run it as Administrator and still did not work. I made sure the user had full rights to the folder it starts from, C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\OfficeLabs\Ribbon Hero 2.
I do get the UAC box and click yes on it to allow with no success in running the program.

EMPLOYEE0Did you install the standard version of Ribbon Hero 2 or the "All Users" version? You should not have to run it as administrator.
You mentioned that a few users have this issue. Do you know what differs in their setup from the users that are able to run the game?
Also, when you say blank screen, can you elaborate. Is this the first time running the game for each of those users and if so, do they at least see the start screen with the play button?
