Courses Expiring?

When I log on as an administrator, I am getting a message that says the courses will expire in 4 days. What does that mean and how can I prevent that from happening??

    Hi Joann,

    To change the end date of a course follow these steps.

    1. Click on your Course Dashboard.
    2. Click on the gear widget icon in the top right box of your course.
    3. Click "Edit Course Info".
    4. Change the end date of your course.

    Thank you for your reply. I have tried this numerous times and even changed the date range to different years, but it is still showing that all the courses will expire on 1/1/14. Please help!! I don't know what to do. I have students in the middle of courses right now and can't afford to loose all the data.

    Any further thought's or suggestions as that didn't work. I've tried it multiple times and it still says that our courses will expire tomorrow. I could really use some assistance! I've sent another email but no reply.

    Can you tell me which course(s) you show as expiring on 1/1 so I can reconcile with what's in our database?

    In the meantime, I don't want you to worry about losing any data. While users can't access an expired course, all course data is preserved.
