I’m beyond frustrated.


I have tried multiple browsers, and multiple computers, and one phone. I receive variations of the below error message, for 72 hours now.

I was starting to think it was something to do with Mediacom, but found a teacher who could access her Waypoint even though she uses Mediacom.

I've cleared cookies and cache, I have turned off firewall, reset everything known to man in each browser, have added the .pearsoncom.ed, etc, info to cookies and privacy settings, and I am out of ideas.

Oh, Pearson rep said they couldn't replicate it on their end.
Please help.
