Everytime I try to import a QTI file into an assessment the status shows that it fails. Why?

  • We're sorry to hear you're receiving an error, Aaron. Can you confirm you uploaded a .zip file after exporting your file in QTI format? If you are experiencing a failure after uploading a .zip file, can you please provide a screenshot of the error? You can use the landscape icon in the lower right hand corner of the text box to add an image to your post.

    Can you also please tell us the operating system and browser you are working in as well as the approximate connection speed of your internet?
