  • Hi Kim,

Could you please provide a bit more specific information on this situation? This is a general forum for all Openclass questions, and it helps to know what school you are with, the course title, the exact assignments you are looking at for grades, and whether you are viewing the gradebook as an instructor or student.

    Thanks,

  • The school is Colorado Counselor Training. Course title is Pharmacology I. The two assignment not in the gradebook are under Module 1 - Drug Testing Myth or Truth and Quiz. I am viewing this as an instructor.

    Thanks!

  • Hi Kim,

We see what you are talking about. We tried moving the items to another module and then putting them back. It is now showing up as Module 1, but the order of the items are not displaying properly.

We think that these could be displaying by the creation date of these items rather than matching the course, but we have passed on the issue to our development team to investigate further.

In the meantime, we hope this helps clear things up for now, and as soon as we know more about the ordering of items issue, we will let you know.

    Thank you,
    The OpenClass Team

  • Thank you for looking into this! While we are at it..when going into a course, quite frequently when I choose a module topic I get the attached message...not just me as the instructor but the students see this as well. I have learned through trial and error to then choose a discussion item, which I can get into with no problem, and then go back and choose the same module topic...and this time the module topic opens just fine and I can view the material. I have to prep all of my students to go through this process in order to view module material. So this particular attached picture occurred in my Co-Occurring course when I chose Module 1.
