I get this error message when I try to open OpenClass:
{"code":500,"status":"fail","message":"Internal Server Error","data":"HttpResponseException"}
..I have restarted Firefox and cleared the cache.

We're sorry to hear of the error you experienced when attempting to login to OpenClass. Can you please tell me if you are still seeing this when trying to login to OpenClass?
Our teams have identified intermittent errors that occur when logging into OpenClass. We are investigating our server performance and have seen improvement in the last couple of hours.

Hi we just installed open class yesterday. It was working fine yesterday, but today we get the same message all morning so far.

Hi Susan,
The issue does not seem to be browser specific as we are able to recreate it on several of our supported browsers. You can try to close the browser and to login again as well as clearing cookies in your browser before another reattempt. This has had some success with others experiencing the problem.

Tried on 2 different computers with 2 different browsers.-
Looking at the dates above, the issue was occuring 9 months ago. Have you found a solution because we are experiencing this issue May 17, 2013?

Hi I have recently looked into adding Open class to our google education apps, we have not yet gone live but have been testing it. So far the only account that works is the administrator account. We want all users to login with a their google account by going to more at the top and choosing openclass. However this is the error all the other users receive.
The users were manually added as email address weren't set up at this point, apart from the admin account. I believe this may have something to do with it. However because deleting an account isn't possible I can't reinvite a user.
