HTTP 500 Error - Attempting to Migrate to New Platform

I'm attempting to migrate my courses to a new platform, but when I click the admin panel, I get a HTTP 500 error. This occurs in latest version of Internet Explorer.

I've tried in Firefox, but Firefox gives me the 500 error before ever displaying the dashboard.

Please let me know what I can to to access my course content so that I can migrate it to a new system.
