My OpenClass institution has been inactive for some time. How can I restore it?

I am having a similar problem: I am unable to log in, the open Class log in page just redirects me to the same log in page over and over, I have tried to capitalize the letters, use different accounts and such, but no success. I was able to setup the Open Class account once, but then when I clicked on the Administrative tools link I was redirected to the log in page and I haven't been able to access the page since. Here is my information:

1) I am an Administrator for the domain;
2) I added Open Class to our Google Apps for Education account;
3) the email I use to access the domain management is:
4) the institution I work for is the "Saginaw Chippewa Tribal College".
