I’m frustrated

Student cannot access OpenClass course...see attached error message

There is a student enrolled in one course who is receiving this error message:
"There is a problem with your authentication, possibly due to inactivity. For your safety, you have been logged out and must sign in again to continue."
We have logged out, logged in, cleared the cache and cookies, and used both Firefox and Safari. I have also dropped her from the course and re-enrolled her.
What can I do to help this student access the course?
