Maybe you can point me in the right direction.

Pearson OpenClass is displaying a screen that says "We are sorry but an error has occurred. Please try the action again and if you continue to have problems reach out to 24x7 technical support" (see attached 1) in all of the modules of all my classes. Others have some script on them.

Is there a system problem? My students have been receiving the same errors and we have reviewers at other universities who are getting the same errors too. I tried the tech support system and I got a message that says "Sorry, you do not have access to this contact option" (see attached 2).

Can you let me know what the problem is or who to talk to?
