Thanks to member feedback, we're excited to announce several new features that are sure to maximize your enjoyment, increase your earning potential, and ease your worries about cashing out.

1. I have to change my phone but don’t want to lose my earnings!

Life flows, we get it. We are now more flexible to your life changes.

We’ve implemented an alternative to zeroing out your earnings when you change your phone number or PayPal email address, a more member-friendly solution suggested to us by Renee, one of our members. Now if you MUST change your phone number or PayPal email address, you don’t have to lose your earnings. Here's how it works: You can change your phone number, and freeze your current and future earnings for 180 days. Any new earnings will be continually added to your balance! Then, after verifying the same number 180 days later – you can unfreeze and cash out if you have enough funds. If you have to change your PayPal email address – you would simply wait 180 days before you can cash out.

If you decided to freeze your funds and then realized that you don’t want to wait after all, you may change your mind and burn everything (zero out your earnings and start over) rather than wait for the end of the 180 day period. You can do so on the page with the piggy bank. If you freeze your earnings, and then during the 180 day period decide to change your PayPal email or phone again, your 180 day counter will be reset.





2. I’m a unique person. Why so many phone verifications?!

Once again, based on your feedback, we are easing the phone verification requirements for cash out. It will now be enough to verify a phone number twice (at the registration and at the first PV cash out) in order to prove that you are a unique member.

We are really excited about these changes! We never want to make anyone feel we don't trust them, all we want to do is protect your earnings from evildoers! We feel that these options will accomplish both goals.

3. We made it even easier for you!

Now when you call our verification system, you’ll find it simplified. Instead of the phone tree of options, we will have only 1 verification option. Based on the code you enter, the system will recognize the purpose of your call (e.g.: registration phone verification vs. cash out phone verification) automatically.

    The bonus code would have been given to you by the person who referred you, if you were referred. There are not very many out there, so you didn't really miss out!

    Paid Viewpoint has 2 kinds of surveys, Trait surveys and Biz surveys.

    The Trait surveys are the ones that pay 10 cents each to US members, and 3 cents each to international members. We use these surveys to gather information about you so that when market researchers ask for certain traits, we can deliver the respondents with those traits! You will get an email when there is one for you to do.

    Biz surveys are commissioned by our market research clients on AYTM.com. They choose the demographics and traits and the number of respondents they want. Then we send the invites out to the qualifying members. In both cases, if you log into your PV account, you will see available surveys for you in the upper right hand corner of your account, in green. You can't miss them! Welcome aboard!

    I have been referring my friends ever since I joined.
    Im from the Philippines and well, one of my friends asked if we get the same number of survey offers compared to the US members and if our info has got anything to do with survey opportunities since most of my referees are students and well, we haven't got much to say regarding marriages and such.

  • I have been all over the site tonight and have yet to discover where the freeze button is. The only thing that makes sense is its behind the Settings and not available. So I cant go into settings I cant update or change anything withiout the tools being available. Am I screwed

    Need more surveys, it's been about 4 months of taking surveys and I am still not at the point where I can cash out .. There is one survey company, and I won't mention the name, that is far better than most other survey companies because they actually pay quite well.. you can make $10-20 in a 2-day time frame, and cash out at $10 ... it's a bit frustrating because it's like you're working for peanuts.

    Lousy Policy!

    I also am faced with losing everything since moving out of state and getting a new number. I have been a member faithfully for 14 months and finally get to the cash out stage and find this problem. I don't understand how holding my money for 180 days protects me from fraud. The other option of burning and starting over does not appeal to me either. This is just another way not to pay people what is due them and I think this is a shameful practice. I signed up for this site because it was recommended by a responsible website which I trusted and I will be sure to let them know that they are promoting a fraudulent system on your website. I am going to complain on every blog and board that I can find. You of all people since you specialize in collecting information know that people change phone numbers often. Pick some other way of protecting people that does not involve stealing their money. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME!!!

    I want to amend my previous post. I actually received an email from an executive at Paid Viewpoint explaining why their policy has changed. Although I don't agree with the phone number change policy I do understand why it was instituted. I am thankful for someone listening and responding to me. I appreciate my problem being fixed so I could cash out. Good to know there are still some reputable companies on the internet!
