User can't connect through Pandion after switching from Domain to Workgroup

We currently have 12 machines on our network, and recently decided to go to a workgroup LAN, instead of a domain based LAN. We have a separate chat server that is still domain based. After dropping all of the computers from the domain and connecting them to the workgroup, 11 machines were able to reach the chat server. When we try to connect through the 12th machine, it tries to connect, but eventually fails out. We're using the same connection settings, it's XP like many of our machines, and if we switch it back to connect on the domain, it connects to the chat server with no issues.

Is there any way to troubleshoot this problem? Are there any connection logs or tests that I can run to try to narrow down the problem?

Some more details...I have allowed Pandion through the Windows firewall, and I can ping the chat server.
