You can transfer your subscriptions by using the "Channels > Export Channels (OPML)" command in Miro, and then importing OPML with iTunes: http://www.audioactivism.org/2006/02/...

If you're talking about video files, you may be able to use iTunes to search the Miro video folder for videos and import them, but I've never tried this. Maybe someone else has suggestions?

The lack of being able to readily get stuff out of Miro is annoying and frustrating, not to mention arbitrary; considering all the talk about Miro being "open", it's a surprisingly closed box.

You should be able to simply drag and drop stuff from the Miro window to, at the very least, the desktop. It's pretty absurd that you can't, and have to root around through Miro's dumping ground folder. Even iTunes doesn't make you do that - you can drag and drop straight from iTunes to the Finder.

Oh, if you want all the video files, just go to ~/Movies/Miro/ and then you can move things around however you like. I thought you meant you wanted to export your subscriptions.

In order to protect copyright music, iTunes blocks you from transferring music from iPod back to iTunes.
So you need backup your iPod song to computer first. Then adds to your iTunes from computer. Just get the software you need from here:

I was wondering the same thing and this is what worked for me:

open up the song you want from Miro

There's a little option that says "show more". Click it

click on the tab "reveal in finder"

and there you have your music files.

Just copy and drag to itunes and voila!
