shop: customers can't ask a question.

Hello Wout,
There is a problem in my shop. People cannot " ask me a question " If they click on that they see....Liquid error: ActionView::Template::Error .
And do you know when ideal is coming? (months,weeks?)
Hope you can help me with this.
